Yes. You were correct about Heliosdx being the spin off and we getting dividends in form of shares based on ratio of 1000:1. My guess was also correct in that Grandeza goes into RSHN.
I think this is fantastic move by Ashley. It was inevitable that some sold on the news. Thought about it myself but there is too much going on here and want to see it played out.
