I hold the same theory but I was talking about the action at the time. Many were loading at the upper end of the pps at the time. Stopping at the time did a favor for anyone willing to jump on board at those levels.

Sitting as we are now, it is a lot easier for me to accept the time lag having been green at the time of closure. I can imagine I would not be so thrilled to be here if I was the last to load a big bundle at the bell before closure day. That is all I was getting at.
