Manipulation. Everyone invested in this company knows its market cap should be higher. It makes no sense it is trading at these levels without an outside force (aka the noteholder). Once the noteholder is done.... could be tomorrow, could be next month, could be end of the year.... this stock should catch up to its actual market cap.
