After hour quotes in all Pinks don`t mean anything. Perhaps MM are offering RSHN at .0003 during the day. Maybe not. If they short RSHN at .0003 on any day, they will cover before the market closes. Call your broker and speak to someone with experience. They`ll tell you the same thing. When we say MM; it`s actually a computer running a specific program we are trading with. There is no human interaction on the MM side unless there is a glitch. Anyone can cancel their order. Me or the MM.
