Communication is KING. Even if news has moved to next week, the importance
of Krisa Management communicating to investors is remarkable. That means
Monday news can drop, or any other day.. But could you imagine a PR early
next week. What level of detail they provide in the PR is important, so
I appreciate them waiting so that the announcement is complete. If anyone
sells shares because of a 3 or 4 days wait, others will just buy those.

CEO has already been confirmed as Miguel Sanchez. They wouldn’t have updated OTC Markets unless they were sure its a done deal.

Financial services are indeed highly regulated.

AVVH OTC Markets updated to show same CEO as Gold Quest Group. Huge real estate lender with $500m per year in loans.

Could be very big. Gold Quest seems to be worth Billions.
