I didn't read the exact terms of the financing agreement. Not sure what the details of the funding agreement were outside of the funders receiving $0.05 per share. I did not ascertain whether the shares were restricted for a period of time but based upon this stock falling and never quite reversing a trend since March, that seems highly unlikely
