How do you know Sharp hasn’t dumped all his shares? Additionally this share structure as it stands isn’t all that attractive anymore for a Reverse Merger candidate. A lot of unknowns. It seems RETC management has left the building and thus even at trips this is tough to throw money at. Not sure there is value here when you weigh risk vs reward for those buying. Seems like a lotto play. Am I missing something?
