That can certainly happen in the OTC. I had a guy tell me he went completely bankrupt on Spongetech. He's still around and a pretty big hitter these days. I got away with a $25k haircut on that one. If you're too young to know about it look that one up from the 80s. It's an interesting story that to this day still has a cult following! I don't think Dorwart is in the habit of selling unregistered shares like they were but I do think he wants to build a value juggernaut with this one!
