WHEN? SP hasn't gotten.to .003's as.just.a.HOD since the beginning.of.MAY...

hasn't closed at .003 since end of April..

It started to tumble right after the big P&D Tweety Petey Organized. I admit he did a good P&D, one of his better P&D attempts but still just a P&D..
