Why? All they care about is volume not price. With company diluting billions. All they care about is selling them. Volume is huge here very month but big decrease in price. That is what massive dilution in a short time does. Management getting rich off dilution. They could care less about shareholders. Just sell shares is all they care about. As always with these scams plenty of suckers. Giving them your money that you will lose.
