Put it this way, if there was a leak that this was actually getting approval, this would be well over 100 already. Fact is these things DO NOT get leaked because the vote hasn’t been taken yet. Most of these so called “leaks” are fabricated and the person or persons that fabricate them have made their money and are long gone!
