My experience with FDA approving the start of phase 3 trials (with therapeutics) is that there was no 'great' pop in the pps. Rather a small pop with a new pps floor established. Having said that, if the trial can indeed be performed in 90 days or less, then it won't take long for the pps to reflect that short time line. Near-term, expectations need to be tempered here a bit regarding FDA approval to advance to a new study. JMHO
