I completely agree!! We will own shares in both. The $RSHN entity can/will be used to bring in another strategic partner imo, perhaps Grandeza, or another one and we will rinse and repeat. It is my belief that HeliosDX is spun off instead of RSHN.

DMoney’s DD was given a wink ?? by the CEO himself. It is VERY LIKELY IMO. I trust D-Money!!

I agree. These folks are doing business with some pretty heavy hitters. Who knows where this winds up, we may be part owners in a number of businesses owned by 1 Giant!!! We get above a nickel I might sell 10% of my interest if that... Big Time Winner!

IMO, RSHN would not vanish. It would quietly go back to where it was before Helios was involved. Let's say 0.0003 like it was in 2020.
