Rather than reinventing the wheel, maybe they should get a subscription to a cloud based POS with ecommerce, re Lightspeed.

Bingo. What happened at VXIT was that they put the cart in front of the horses.

That is, they are excited to get VXIT into the world of electronic trade. Managers are NOT necessarily I-nerds. Quite frankly, I don't think they had any idea how long it would it would take to set up a site of this magnitude.

They jumped the gun in all the excitement to impress the world of traders and, likewise, underestimated the impact of trade when what they did display did not meet SHs expectations.

They will get their act together.
