I must admit I was surprised to see this filing today. Previous offering way back was at this price and really had not been used that much. So not really sure whey they have offering now split into 2 different amounts, part at old price and half at .03 price.
My point is that the .0075 price has been there for sometime and that share price has been significantly above this price.
I believe company probably will dip into this to pay for FDA costs.
