Not sure how the contract is written but sometimes with some of these contracts I've read where the shares that we have been given cannot be diluted or we will receive a percentage more of shares because of the dilution. Are you aware of any situation like that

I'm not saying this to be funny, but there could be more Auteco share dilution before they have to do a consolidation before the next dilution to raise money for the mine build-out. If that makes sense.

I don't see the drilling for them stopping any time soon. The money they have now can be spent pretty fast. My best guess is them being able to find as much gold on PC as possible is in their best interest moving forward.

When I talked to Paul he didn't mention any agreements with Auteco concerning further share dilution. He may not know anything about something like that, but he didn't say anything to me about it when I asked him about that very thing.
