Do you have any actual proof that BioAmber is anything but liquidated as stated in the court docs?
Any actual evidence that BioAmber still exists? Any SEC filings or even know who is on the BOD? We know they all resigned back in 2018.
What assets are still left with BioAmber? We know that 100 pages of assets sold to LCYB which included all of BioAmber’s assets across all companies save and except for the Cash, Accounts Receivable, the Shares, Inventory and some office furniture in MN. The contracts were also not purchased or even wanted by any of the bidders.
So with the APA showing all of these items sold to LCYB what exactly is left to hold any value in former BioAmber? We know there is $60-80 mil of debt left still attached to the shares. Other than the debt and the shares what’s left for a company to want?
Is there any actual evidence at all or any links that show any assets remaining or that BioAmber is anything but liquidated and dead?
