Maybe you should review facetrains posts on how independent firms work with companies to determine valuation. Also look to all the merger experience that we now have on the newly appointed board members.

Also, MCs salary is not high at all. C'mon.

I've been here as long as you and had the same previous frustrations. Take a look at 66s stickied posts, you can't say it's the same management, board, or position as we were in then.

Honey I must admit - I agree with this note of yours, McNally70 has proved to be a me first person when acting as CEO and Chairman: He is not a good leader and that's why he is no longer Chairman.. Hopefully, his colors will change and he understands fiduciary responsibility to add value for all share holders.. It was a relief when he lost that role..
Again, maybe he will make CEO decisions going forward to benefit all!
