Yes. If not current by Sept 28, then grey it is. Would expect to see some sort of life from Mark by end of June, when the filings are "requested" by otcmarkets.
Would also expect Mark to confirm what's being RM'd....but one thing I've learned with this one is that things don't proceed in an expected manner, by virtue of not proceeding in a public way.
