I'm reading the S-1, it's the current legal accounting of NSAV's shares.

As I sed before, JT accounted for the Series A issued to TG but still hasn't issued any of those Series B.

He can't issue them without raising the authorized shares and after the fit he's been throwing about the share count JT's in bit of a pickle ..

Class A Preferred Equity Units Outstanding - 60000000

Class B Debt Securities Units Outstanding - 0
