Based on the way it’s written the authorized has a value 5 times higher than current price. You can’t issue stock that’s got a par higher than the market value. That makes no sense at all. That would lead to an immediate tax writeoff to every recipient of that stock and that can’t be legal. And I don’t believe that would be a typo. These things are reviewed over and over again.
