I wouldn't know. Timing's everything on the OTC. PCTL ran hard and high before on hype alone.
Forward-looking newbs who've actual DD and are not phased by uptick/downtick BS will do well.

PCTL Longs, like me, look at PCTL long-term, beyond todays's bumps and glitches (accounting
systems, etc.) as it grows, expands from healthcare into O&G, agriculture, food svcs. industries.
