As long as Kevin thinks that Greenshift's purpose is to help "nature", migrants, and vagrants, instead of their Shareholders, there is no reason to expect any S.E.C. form to be filled out and signed, but as a GERS Shareholder, I still have the legal right to expect the Greenshift Corporation to accept their enforceable Fiduciary Duty to me.
