A heads up to shareholders would have been prudent. And I do think that lack of transparency has cost the SP at least $2. The thing that gets me is that posting a PR stating such isn’t exactly a difficult decision and a no brainier to release, it doesn’t take a genius to have predicted the SP drop.
All I can think of that caused the lack of transparency is the NASD saying keep us out of this, hence the silence. I’d also note, not releasing on time is management negligence given their history.
