Yep I would say either for the or part of the Ruby deal, either way I would coin well spent.

If DSCR had to sell a few shares for startup, then I say go for it, just dont get out of hand lol

Yep, been watching the tweets - IMO DSCR is waiting for yield to come down before putting out the update,

I think they are trying to folks that, we will see when yield comes down

I was actually expecting yield to be down over the weekend, yesterday morning at the latest, that based onw hat i have seen on others recently and what other folks on have seen

who knows these days though
