Basic procedure but good to see none the less. Clarifies the removal of David Lazar as previous custodian (and terminates any interest as such moving forward) and solidifies the appointment of George Sharp as the new sheriff in town, thus barring any claims to the contrary moving forward (My wife is a nationally certified paralegal...)
