The question is now has the Judge set a date for intels dismissal hearing..
Or as I suspect just sign off on it as not needed ..
From reports Judge was ready to go to trial before Intel mentioned the dismissal hearing..
Uhh fellas if hes ready to go to trial ..
He isnt going to dismiss the Case..
