I know there are complexities... but if our technology and catholyte is able to make essentially worthless wells now yield thousands$ per day, then there has got to be a way. Whatever the cost, our exponential increase in production should more than cover it.

I don't mean to minimize the effort it would take... but if this is truly as revolutionary as some early numbers I saw, then it would be worth jumping through the hoops.

Guess you're talking about other minerals, be they wouldn't want/need to buy the land just repop the oil well.
