Out of 5 billion A/s (not unlimited as claimed by a poster) Company says at least 4 billion of them are restricted at this point of time(I guess for a year at least). That leaves the remaining 1 billion. It is quite possible that most of that is on the float.
You are wrong in your "assesment". My group have a large position in this company of "restricted" shares. I must wait for 1 to 2 years from the time I bought them for the legend to be removed. You are talking about insiders restricred shares. Thats a tottaly different issue. How do these shares effect you TODAY or now ? In 2 years yes they will effect you but bu that time the money they raised with restricted stock and increase float willl make or should make enough to cover everybody and then some. How is a company to grow if they keep the float low and do not grow the business buy equipment and other things needed to run the business? Invest for the long term not for an over night. Yes we also bought millions of free trading shares at these low prices. Why not can you blame us? Thats how real money is made not buy at 9am and sell at 2pm and you make $75.00 after paying trader fees. Thats a waste of time.
