Since my shares are in a Roth IRA, there's no tax benefit if I sell. So, they're just lottery tickets to me. Have you tried contacting management to find out what their intentions are?

Perhaps after this event takes place this company can finally make progress and file financials. If so, then I think regular trading will be available.
