Why would you predict September? Can you explain? That seems awfully long, unless they are planning to bury a bad result in a UC trial PR...

As if Putin would not know if he had a cure in his hospitals already. Believe what you want, but I believe that sharply rising cases in Moscow mean that no announcement from IP re day 15 or 29 data means failure.

I reallize that you believe that no one will know one data point until day 61 at the earliest. I do not think Putin would let that happen. He would much rather make the announcement that the trial showing hope for COVID patients was done in his Moscow and St Petersburg hospitals 31 days earlier.

I think I would underestimate the FDA before I would underestimate Putin, if I had to choose between forces keeping data secret vs getting the answer sooner.
