OF COURSE...its ravaging through all of Russia, while greatly subsided in U.S. ... meaning the Covid-19 Patient Pool for Clinical Trials has been RUSSIA for the past couple of months. Great that LEO picked the right domain for filling the C.T. promptly. Had it been all U.S. we might have been lucky enough to be 1/2 full! (Glad you brought that up TIAB!)

WHY WOULD ANYONE EXPECT "data analysis" after test ended and FDA has PROHIBITED the release of Data (under C.T. protocol)...First, it is still being collected, and Secondly it is NOT PERMITTED to be unblinded...until 60th day of last patient tested... LEO has no control and even if he did...IT WOULD BE MALFEASENCE AND SUICIDE for IPIX to do so. ... BUT being a MD, YOU KNEW THAT!

Actually, NO...this adds up to an irrational conclusion and a failure to acknowledge the process reference in #2 above.

What does Putin or anyone know about the success or failure of the trial?...So YES...PUTIN would do nothing, because WE and PUTIN know nothing ... except that BRILACIDIN did not have SAE, otherwise the trials would have been stopped!...But as an MD...you already knew that!

If it worked or if it did not work...WHAT DO YOU THINK THEY DO WITH UNUSED DOSES AFTER A CLINICAL TRIAL...put unused Doses in a Candy Bowl for visitors to try out? (free staw provided so they can sip it up) AS AN MD in a hospital...you already know unused Scripts (doses) have to be accounted for as part of protocol...every usage requires reporting...
