By all means, correct me if I’m wrong but I thought he replied in late May to the same question and says they expected to get current within the next 3-4 weeks and that was just about a few weeks ago. In other words, he said they expected to get current by the end of June. I think I remember correctly.

It’s been trading a little bit better lately and volume has picked up. Hoping for the best here. Thanks.

If he tells you what is being done to remove the stop sign, or when it would be done in a private email it would be considered "insider information"! That's why he didn't answer your email. If he answered in a public tweet he might be able to get away with it.
