This is a point that hasn't been brought up here in a long time. If SCOTUS rules for plaintiffs and remands back for government payback, do the plaintiffs and government settle before it gets there or finalized?
Something to consider at this point in time, with SCOTUS ruling imminent.
Well, I thinks it's a given that we never had a chance to be made whole again. If shareholders were to win all the remaining battles and the war, the TBTFs and the government will both be in the BLACK when the dust settles. Both should be seeing RED ink, or more preferably, red blood.
