Liotta has clearly explained why he and his two co-plaintiffs chose the route they did. They succeeded where others failed. I suggest you read the 4 items the Justices have been asked to rule on. Liotta's success will reopen all the lawsuits that had been dismissed, including Washington Federal. Warrants are history. Probably not by SCOTUS, but by Federal Court of Claims when WaFed goes to trial.

Look at how often everyone lost before this suit.
It is different for a reason, unfortunately. We even lost 100% in our first court appearance.

This was the most likely to be won.
