Hey Pure,. Isn't that the same thing? Doesn't a Company cancel the shares after 1st buying them back at the current market price?

Pure, In RSHN's situation I think the only other way a cancellation would be an option is if Ashley was an owner of the common shares (non- preferred) and as an act of good will he surrendered them to reduce the total issued share count...
