ALL shareholders should be happy to have illegal shares returned to our company--that is OUR equity

shares should NOT be awarded ILLEGALLY--to defend illegal is WRONG

this is NOT first time for lawsuit of "unjust enrichment" against NP

ALL shareholders should be glad someone stepped up to protect ALL shareholders from illegal acts

No, because of NP and his actions, which the court has made clear were wrong.

Plaintiffs saved us many more millions of dollars even after the legal fees are paid, which should be paid by the Directors who failed to uphold their fiduciary responsibilities to Cytodyn shareholders.
