Share price is virtually meaningless right now under the limited trade circumstances. Meaningless.

I'm not enamored with this company at all. But they did compile and file audited financials.

I don't know if they'll be able to convince an MM to file a Form 211, but if they do, FINRA should remove them from the grey market.
