#22794 RE: TronCarter #22793

Call me cynical, but I think I figured out why the way they are running the company makes no sense to us. The only explanation I find plausible is that this is all going exactly as intended. They raised $10M and now they are running down the price and running out the clock. They will wait for everyone to lose hope because they are running the show and running it into the ground and there is less and less reason for anyone out of the loop to have any hope. They are waiting for everyone to sell their stock for pennies, while they are the ones buying it up. They have increased the size of the pie while also increasing their portion of the pie, until they own a large enough percentage of the company that they can decide to sell it off along with the software to a different entity that they also control. It will be sold for a very small fraction of what it is worth. Then they will finally decide making money off of the product is a good idea, having squeezed out most all the little investors that funded the whole thing from the beginning. Even the ones that stuck around will have their piece of the pie shrunk down to a fraction of their original investment: dilution with lower stock price will lead to a cheap sale price for the technology. The only real winners will be the ones pulling the strings.

What else would explain the leaders of the company complete disregard for the shareholders and the stock price? The CEO has yet to show his face after how long now? Nearly eight months and he doesn't say a word, while the price plummets and he continues to get paid. All the new leadership did was take MDLG's scam and figure out a way to do it better.
