GPL Ventures, who is involved in the offering, is notorious for toxic lending, or at least has been in years past. That's pretty offputting. Unless of course they can execute fairly quickly on acquisitions but of course as filings have repeatedly indicated this is a longshot with an inexperienced team in a competitive industry.

The OTCQB uplisting is about all I can muster for positives here right now.
