that is only IF they accept this letter. i see a couple of problems with the letter already, which resulted from poor grammar usage. they used "or" where they should have used "nor," which results in the sentence meaning something completely different. if the otc reads it as it is written, i only see more questions arising for the company. the least they could have done was have the letter edited. but, if they intentionally used "or" in the two passages i am referring to, it doesn't look good for satisfying the otc.
