Hi Z,

My view. I feel AD and VRUS are cautious about releasing any updates or information after the statements AB released previously and now subject to CA's.

On the fundamentals, I do feel there will be a pull back on revenues away from their core low margin business that AB ran. Thus I am expecting a pull back to an annualised revenue of circa 3 million in the next 3 to 4 quarters. If their product mix now has higher margin and they control cost, we could see a small NP.

But in terms of PPS I wouldn't expect to see much movement as those who were attracted by low float/hi rev will be put off by the pull back on revenues.

But, I do think we could see a name change or something structural. We could even see VRUS fizzle out to a nothing similar to RBIZ/Nestbuilder.
