$MWWC - hopefully you know the answer to this but it's because the last Annual report was for 2012 which means that they are not current.

A couple of things to consider before you abandon ship:

1) there hasn't been any business in the company since 2012 and since they will be alternative reporting (not the same as OTCQB) they can do relatively simple filings that say, "we were out of business, so nothing to report". This isn't hard to do and multiple years can say the same thing.

2) once you see some filings...you'll know that someone is spending money to get current.

It's the OTC, the higher the risk, the higher the gain potential. You'll have to decide your risk tolerance...
