Brenda Leonhardt et al debtors will get $0.10 on the dollar owed in the new Company stock. The old common shareholders will get the same. The new share price will be above $2.50 a share. The first $15k sold will sink the share price 90% in one day.

The BagHolders in this scam can not see the red flags. The Company does not have the means of coming up with $500k to get current on 2 years of SEC filings before 9/28/2021. The directors have certainly met and said let’s flush this like last nights dinner. All done putting money into this loser.

The new Company will certainly be positioned as a Capital Medical Company

Here is the likely Divisions

1) StemCell Animals. The new Company will never have to worry about the fall out financially from killing dogs and cats as they’ve faced in blinding three women and putting another in a 30 day coma
2) Somekind of Fitness franchise involved with the Spin-Doctor new strip mall franchise
3) StemCell face creams, supplements , copper bracelets and supplements
4) Medical cannabis research products
5) Ofcourse a venture in Crypto.

I would expect a Bankruptcy Filing on or before 8/1/2021

The new “ Restructured” Company will make Miguel et al. A ton of money Owning a Public company is like printing your own currency. Once free from legacy debts Miguel will finally be able to make the $3m a year he foresaw in 2010 that day sitting in Dr M’s lovely home on the lake
