Yes it's necessary..and quite frankly owed to the longs holding faithfully here for some time. They should plan to do this BEFORE the stockholder meeting on June 28 if the SD Law Permits (and based on 60 days from proxy date of April 26 it should by June 25).

Reason being is that the meeting agenda does not specifically address the merger with Sleep-X but is focused on approval of other provisions of moving the new company to Nevada, SS changes, etc.

I hope that these guys are planning that....this will help ensure that post stockholder meeting we don't see a sell off here if no news is made available on the merger on/or about the same time.
