I agree with your post doc wholeheartedly and think Optec acquiring us bolsters their biz in a big way. I am new to public markets but after looking at the otc space I don’t see a lot of companies with revs over $100 mil let alone profitable. I don’t think people will ignore it for long
The 200 million rev included the 60 -100 million from weshield. This is not cherry picking. It’s basic fact finding. If we get say 100 million from quest then what? It’s not sustained growth when the 2 billion deal goes away.
The $2 billion deal isn’t even realized yet. But if it is , it’s another 100 million (200 million total). 100 mil + 100 mil. 200mil / 3bill x 2 is only 12 cents.
3 billion is AS will be consumed pretty quickly as we have a loan due coming up and this acquisition (1 year out). We don’t even know the deal details yet.
Please tell me how this is cherry picking. I said it will need to have sustained increase in revs. I wouldn’t give this a 5x multiplier. Maybe 2x because if this one time deal.
I’m not saying it’s impossible I’m saying it needs growth to sustain 10-20 cents.
