Nah...tickers are barely moving on Pink current news because everyone KNOWS they HAVE to be current by 9/28 or they no longer get quoted. It's just that simple. The SEC is done messing with thousands and thousands of delinquent financial tickers.
At best a small dead cat bounce on the news and that's it. It's not like a year or two ago when it could mean a substantial pps jump because any of these owners getting current was so rare. The ONLY reason most got current was to pull an RS.
