Yes, the backlog at OTC as far as paperwork seems to be at an all time high, likely due to the recent institution of the requirement that companies become current with their filings, and so many otc stocks that were not/are not current who are now in a rush to comply.
As for this stock, VNUE having already met the requirement of being over a penny for at least 30 days before applying to uplist, they now only need to be above it on One Single Day out of 30 trading days - not a big requirement to meet at all - and I suspect that with all they have in the works it will soon be so far out of reach it won't even be a topic of discussion anymore. After all, it was at $0.045 just a short while ago and nothing has changed about the actual company other than things have only gotten far better with their prospects.
