Get real. No legitimate company is "merging in" and handing over their equity ownership to a dead, empty stinky pink company. Why would they do that? It would be monumentally stupid.

That's the same fairy tale told over and over on the OTC to run the pump and dumps. That's the strategy of the name choice. Funny the Nevada company is Hong Yuan and all those others are Hongyuan...
