PCTL is just MILKING the shareholders. DILUTION!

REVERSE SPLIT in everybody faces soon.

PCTL is not garbage anymore, not vomit anymore, it is even worst.

Actually, they are not givaways....shares that RB recieves are invested in pctl when the pps ges up to an agreed pps they are sold producing additional cash thats reloaned to to pctl....profits applied to building additional units. So if pctl recieves a loan for 100,000 that meand pctl is building at least 4 additional units +.Units price something like 32,000 - 36,000.
